This agreement covers the Gravity Index software. It does not give Gravity Index ownership of your conversations, notes, files, code, project memory, or other content.
Gravity Index software is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to the Terms of Service and payment of any applicable fees, Gravity Index gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the software on devices you own or control for your personal use or your own internal business work. Gravity Index and its licensors keep every other right.
Parts of the app are installed in human-readable form because the runtime needs them that way. Being able to read a file is not a license to use it.
Except where applicable law says otherwise, you may not:
This agreement covers the software only. It gives Gravity Index no ownership of the content you create or connect. That content remains yours under the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
When a trial or subscription ends, your local project data stays where you put it and is not deleted by Gravity Index. Paid features may become unavailable, but ending the subscription does not transfer ownership of your content.
The software includes third-party components under their own licenses. Those licenses continue to govern those components, and nothing here restricts a right granted by an applicable open-source license.
The full notices for those components — each one's license, and its license text where the component supplies one — ship with the app as THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt in the installation's resources folder. Electron and Chromium carry their own license files beside the application executable.
“Gravity Index,” the Gravity Index logo, and related marks belong to Gravity Index. This agreement does not grant a right to use them.
This software license ends automatically if you materially breach it. You must stop using and delete the proprietary software when the license ends. Your own content remains yours, and nothing in this agreement gives Gravity Index a right to delete project data stored on your computer or private VPS.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravity Index is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the software. The limitations and exclusions in the Terms of Service also apply.
