By creating an account at gravityindex.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Gravity Index provides an AI-assisted deep work environment. The platform is offered as-is. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to use the platform. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is not permitted.
You own everything you create in the platform — conversations, notes, sources, and documents. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim rights to your content beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.
You may not use the platform to generate illegal content, harm others, attempt to break the platform's security, or violate Anthropic's usage policies. Accounts found doing so will be terminated.
Platform users are billed via Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Usage & Billing. No refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. BYOK users pay their API providers directly; we do not bill BYOK users for API usage.
New platform accounts receive a 14-day free trial with a 1 million token cap. No credit card is required for the trial. Trial usage is not refundable or transferable.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Gravity Index is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Gravity Index is operated independently. Governing law: Israel.
